Great work guys, I was in today and was absolutely happy about everything, store was clean, coffee fresh and lots of smiles! Making me proud!

I stopped by Tim Hortons to grab something quickly, but the process wasn’t quick at all. The line moved very slowly, and my order was prepared incorrectly. Fixing it also took time. The coffee wasn’t very satisfying either. The place wasn’t clean tables were full and hadn’t been cleared. The staff may have been busy, but they could have been more organized. After this experience, I don’t feel like coming back.
Suman was absolutely fantastic! She provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to make our visit truly special. Her kindness and attention to detail made our day so much better. We had an amazing experience thanks to her! We’ll definitely be back soon. Thank you, Suman!
