I am a regular customer of Tim Hortons and I visit this branch almost every day. Last night I came and a girl named Sunpreet was working there. I politely asked for just a cup of water, and I was even ready to pay cash for it, but she refused to give it to me even though they were inside working. I was really surprised and felt very disappointed. As a loyal customer who buys many things from this branch regularly, I did not expect this kind of treatment. My brother got a White Hot Chocolate from here and said it was the best one he's ever had and nothing yet has topped it. I also think they make great Iced Capps. The only downside is they don't have much selection for donuts.
The service was very poor. I came to by at bagel and tea at 5:25PM 10Feb26. The staff was taking order very unprofessional. I waited for my bagel and as I didn’t see any movement about making my order so I asked for an update about my bagel. She rolled her eyes saying it will come. Being in customer service this type of service is really unacceptable. This location was at 1500 Dundas street Walmart in side.
