I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location. This is not the first time my order has been made incorrectly, and it is becoming unacceptable. On multiple occasions, staff have failed to follow simple instructions: forgetting to provide sugar, making my coffee much stronger than requested, and even adding milk to my tea when I specifically ordered plain tea with nothing added.
