Very disorganized - lots of staff but very disorganized. Waited for 10 mins just for a coffee while I already ordered a head of time. Note that no other customers were waiting besides me. Only when I raised concern, they made the coffee. Its the longest time for just one single coffee pickup.
I’ve never seen anything like this before - just want to update my review from 2 to 1 stars because they can’t even give you everything you order. They always forgetting something. How is it so hard? I’m just wasting money by paying for things they don’t even give you…
One of the worst customer service and worst Tim Hortons location. First of all every time there is huge line up even you go inside or drive thru because no is one taking the orders, staff is just roaming around or talking with each other. They are putting the new hires without Traning to take orders. I ordered the bagel BELT sandwich and medium double - double coffee, first they took almost 10 minutes to take my order, after sometime when I asked is my order ready.
