I came to this location on friday evening. I had a coupon on my tim’s app saying spend 5$ and get a free medium coffee. The coupon was activated on my account and when I scanned it to them they said it wasn’t showing up on their system. So some man, I’m assuming manager he was wearing glasses and had dark hair came to the drive through and was extremely rude. They are very bad, their food is not clean, their treatment is bad
I am very disappointed with this Tim Hortons. I am a regular customer of this place, as are my team members. Today, I placed an order through the drive-through. When I arrived to pick up the order, a girl informed me that only the coffee was ready and the rest of the order was not. She asked me to come inside to pick it up, but I preferred to stay in my car. I asked her to bring the order to my car, which she agreed to do and asked for two minutes. After waiting for almost ten minutes, I went back through the drive-through. ... read more
