I have lived in the area my whole life and I have been coming to this Tim's forever. Lately I have been really upset to see this place decline. Within the last 3 weeks I have come here, I have had fruit flies constantly flying around my food and coffee, and good luck trying to find a table that doesn't wobble.
I would like to talk about one specific girl at the location 4920 works mostly at the evening , her name tag says 'Frances' and she is the supervisor over there. I am a regular customer here as this location is very near to my workplace and I am sorry to say but as a supervisor she has zero customer service , and to be honest I am not talking about any one particular incident but this happens each time . Hello tim team, I hope you will reading my msg, such a worst service like the staff is so rude and as a uber driver we go to thousand of restaurants but this time horton is just like a hell the staff is so rude they dont know how to speak with respect because we are uber driver. No good service no care of customer I would really recommend to the head please look at your staff and service because I am uber driver but i would say if someone paying for something they deserve something.
