I work near by and have no other option so I have to go to this location but every time I regret coming here worst staff. I really don’t get it how can you speak rudely to your customer that is just placing order from drive through . Seriously worst service i have ever seen.

Horrible service. The employee responsible for preparing the sandwiches made several mistakes, and when her colleague corrected one of them, she seemed offended and responded rudely. After that, she put my sandwich aside and left me waiting, which made it feel as though she deliberately wanted the customer to suffer because she was upset about being corrected. This was extremely unprofessional and made the whole experience very unpleasant.

My experience was great. I am kind of daily customer here and Sagar working in afternoon shift, greats really well and understands customer specifications too.

Worst Tim Hortons I've been to in a very long time. They prioritize drive through, so walk in service is horrible. I work near by and it'll take up my whole 15 minute break waiting for a coffee and a wrap. Today, every customer was complaining. 1 gentlemen waited a little more than 5 minutes for 2 coffees. Another gentlemen waited 10 minutes for a coffee and 2 hashbrowns. My boss waited for a coffee for 5 minutes and it was wrong. As well,half my wrap is cold...
