I visited the location 4920 tomken rd yesterday i ordered bagle and they mix it with another person order and the service and staff was very slow. I was disappointed as i visted over there so many times every time i get that type of service.
I ordered large ice cap had plastic ring from the lid cup in my drink of ice cap very terrible and I deserve year worth of free Tim Hortons from the incompetent and unprofessional very rude customer service from not being friendly as well. You need more training and more educational system for your workers to treat the customers respectful and greetings with honor without rudeness and impoliteness is unacceptable and very disrespectful. Your location needs better guidance for education on customer service and product control... read more
