Came here at 4:25pm on a Friday and was told they don’t have food. NO food. She said they’re not serving food. Pardon me ??
I go there almost every day because it’s few mins walk from my workplace. Some of them are really nice but the main leading person who should be nice and knowledgeable the Manger NAVJOT, girl you’re the manager you’re the one we expect to follow the actual guidelines while punching orders. If the leading person isn’t knowledgeable enough to know how to punch items in POS properly, I don’t blame the staffs trained l under her at all. Good service
The Manager Navjot was very rude. She overcharged me in the Drive-Thru and after coming to the front of house and explained why I was overcharged she didn't honor it. After explaining the overcharge to her and how to ring in my order, she insisted that it was incorrect. The order was a medium vanilla iced substitute sugar-free vanilla, no vanilla syrup add protein milk.She kept saying there's no button for SFV iced coffee.
