If there is zero star i would give to this location .they know its busy location because its the airport they need to hired more staff. .i was waiting for my order more than 20 mins its not first time all the time same . Staff didn’t even know who got the order who didn’t . there were alot of customers after me they already got orders but i was telling them but they still didn’t give it to me. PLEASE IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Really happy with my experience at Tim Hortons. The service is fast and the staff is always polite and helpful. Simran in the morning shift especially stands out for being friendly and attentive. The coffee is fresh, and the food tastes great every time I visit. It’s a reliable spot for a quick break or snack. Highly recommend!
Its a request that if you are operating restaurant during night time too thn please allocate adequate staff it’s ridiculous that for a cup of tea at 15 minutes at drive-through like you feel stuck once you enter their drive-through line
Toilets not clean machine not working so Americano was not available but was busy
