I ordered the potato wedges, and they were clearly stale and hard. I politely asked the server — twice — to please check if there had been a mistake and, if possible, to bring a fresh batch, as this was my only lunch. Instead, they insisted the wedges were fresh and dismissed my concern, which made me feel uncomfortable and unheard. Unfortunately, the food was clearly not fresh, and the way it was handled by the staff was disappointing — both in terms of service and quality.
Always the fastest drive thru experience and the staffers are super friendly and knowledgeable....
