I hope the management at this Tim Hortons knows what a gem they have in Simran. She goes above and beyond with every customer. Her way of taking orders was clear, friendly, and super efficient. She repeated everything back to confirm, and my coffee was exactly how I like it. She’s fast, focused, and always has a great attitude. Experiences like this are why I keep coming back. She truly deserves to be recognized.
Upon entering the store both myself and another customer noted insects (flies) in the donut case and pointed out to staff. Staff member laughed and shrugged. Clearly staff didn't give a shit about sanitation. She looked at me with a look of indifference and was clearly annoyed when I asked her to remove the flies. Do not eat here. Unless you like flies in your food.
