This is the third time I’ve faced the same issue at this Tim Hortons location. I ordered a Chai Tea Latte, and once again the cup was only half full. It doesn’t matter whether I order a small or medium I always receive a half-filled cup. On top of that, the Chai Tea Latte itself is very poor in taste and not what I expect from Tim Hortons. Paying full price for half a cup and inconsistent quality is unacceptable.
