Today at lunch time there was a lady SITTING behind the counter , so rude and nasty . She has no customer service skills , let me tell you don’t hire people who think it’s ok to yell at customers because they ask for something you don’t have a this location . Please send her for a personality adjustment. There is a lot of people who need a job right now.
I bought breakfast this morning, it was well made and the customer service was also great.

It's very rude customer service because I wait maybe 5 minutes and she is told me wait for 2 minutes more than I give you small French vanilla and I wait 5 minutes more than and one ladies it's coming and she give before me a french vanilla dino already that's the guy before she I already told him please I am a word for 5-10 minutes but she did not give me anything and I live French vanilla
this morning they took full order 3 items and gave only 2. begel was burnt and tea was hell full of suger when i asked for half suger... and third item was missing and she responded i charged for 2 items only... wake up girl name gurjinder
