i don’t know who is taking order via drive thru - that lady is so rude to while talking order if I don’t know about the order. we are discussing about the order suddenly she said if you guyz don’t know about the order which you want then why you are guyz in que. Is this good behavoir to treat with the customers. It means that behave everyone same as like us . I would never ever come on this location
Waste of money. Always they give wrong orders or incomplete orders.
Today at lunch time there was a lady SITTING behind the counter , so rude and nasty . She has no customer service skills , let me tell you don’t hire people who think it’s ok to yell at customers because they ask for something you don’t have a this location . Please send her for a personality adjustment. There is a lot of people who need a job right now.
I bought breakfast this morning, it was well made and the customer service was also great.
