everytime i order chai tea latte, it is hot enough
The customer service has always been fine yet whenever I pay cash at this location they never give me my change unless I ask for it. I understand it’s only around 15 to 40 cents back, but why am I having to ask for my change to be met with hesitation.
I’ve had consistently bad experiences at this Tim Hortons location. Every time I visit, I find myself waiting at the front while the staff are busy chatting with each other instead of taking customer orders. There’s a complete lack of urgency or acknowledgment, and it feels like customer service is not a priority at all. Even mobile and delivery orders are ignored until you ask about them only then do they start preparing them, which defeats the whole purpose of placing an order ahead of time.
