This Tim Horton’s location is very convenient because it is located beside a Shell gas station. Had a good experience with the staff every time I come here, they are consistently very pleasant and polite. Order a pack of timbits and it was serve fresh everytime too.
I am writing to report an issue that occurred during my last Uber delivery at Tim Hortons Gregg Ave. location. The manager refused to provide a proper paper bag for the order and spoke to me in a rude and unprofessional manner. This behavior is unacceptable and creates difficulties for delivery partners trying to do their job properly. I request that you look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure such incidents do not happen again. Hinton 5th May 2026
Had a really nice experience ! Marvy, sukhdeep, komal were super friendly and polite. Service was fast and smooth. Definitely a good spot to grab coffee or a quick bite.
Ordered a couple teas. It was just hot water. LOL!
