Friendly staff
30 minutes in drive thru. Made me late for work and couldn't even get a coffee. Trash.
The crew was very disrespectful when i was ordering i saw on the screen that they didnt get what i said then when i told them again and went to the window they started laughing between each saying did u get that and laughing which was very disrespectful and i always go to that location for many years now and this is the first time they were disrespectful like this very disappointed.
I went to the drive through today and a girl with face piercings was so rude, grabbed the money out of my hand and handed the items without uttering one word. Customer Service skills are definitely a thing of the past, I was a supervisor at Tim Hortons years ago and I would have written her up for her attitude.
