What do you expect. in response to the Tims response: with your current business model it is impossible to be perfect. you're a Tims. 3 stars is a good review and rating considering its a Tim Hortons. you are not fighting for a Michelin star. there does not exist a Tim Hortons that is capable of receiving a 5 star review, let alone a fast food chain that doesn't even bake their own food. relax. in the context of what this place is (a Tims) this was a compliment.
