Service is so slow and my order is only correct 50/50 so if it’s too slow we just leave now you don’t deserve our business

Asked for a bagel with bacon cheese and butter, they forgot the butter, took my bagels back when I asked them to make me new one and gave me the same cold bagel with hardly any butter , so I ask for containers of butter and the lady tries to explain to me that I’m wrong and ask for extra butter while ordering it .Miss they didn’t put any on the first time. Be nicer to your customers. You are very rude. It was an older short lady.
I drive a little further everyday just to get my breakfast from this location. The service is outstanding and the people are absolutely wonderful. The staff definitely make the trip worthwhile and enjoyable. A special thanks to “Kelly” for her specialized 5 star treatment 😃
