We arrived at the store to buy 2 medium iced capps with Vanilla. We started up the phone to scan points but with the tunnel it had no connection. I ended up connecting to their WIFI (which i was asked to do by a staff member) and webt inside but instead of the drive thru worker coming over and serving me i was forced to wait in line behind two people while our drinks that were already made turned into liquid so I left. How do you expect people to use their app and earn points at this establishment? Never coming back again.

How hard is it to get my order right? I get breakfast for my family I come home to see that half of my order is missing, and I was charged for everything tim Hortons ❌ Dim hortans✅ I am so done with this place done I have never seen a dim hortans so horrible that they keep getting my order wrong not once not twice not even three times 🤦♂️
