Horrible service - they always get the orders wrong now :( The manager, Akash, was not helpful at all. It seems like they really don't care anymore...
This is the third time in a row I've gone through the drive-thru and gotten a completely incorrect order. Akash (said he was a manager) basically refused to make it right. I've been going to this Tim Hortons for 25 years and it has gone massively downhill.
