Head management seriously needs to step in. This is by far the worst Tim Hortons location I’ve ever been to. In my experience, the staff here are consistently impatient, unprofessional, and careless. My orders are wrong almost every single visit, and when they’re technically “right,” the quality is so bad it’s honestly shocking. It feels like there is zero training, zero attention, and zero effort. The guys that work in the afternoon are the worst. Especially the guy taking drive-thru order. Not sure how he managed to land or keep any job. I've waited multiple (for 5 - 10 mins) for a tea. I was the only one in line. I asked what was the issue, and he was rude and dismissive.
