Slow service and lack basic customer service. Got my order wrong
This Tim Hortons on Upper Gage and Stone Church is by far the best location ever. The A+++ staff is what makes all the difference. Mel in the mornings, Andi, Suman, Abbey and Gabriel in the evenings are the most amazing staff ever. They are all so friendly, kind, professional, hard working and most pleasant employees ever. I’m a very picky eater, to the point if I go out to eat. There are a few places I go. So far this is the only Tim Hortons I will go to in Hamilton. Management is on top of the staff to preform their best. If something isn’t right, they fix it. The staff that have served me are always friendly and quick - but accurate. They are always busy and food is fresh due to the rate it is made and gone. Doesn’t overly sit around.
Friendly staff and very quick. Love coming here. Coffee always good. Wish more Tim Hortons in Hamilton had the same standards.
every time I have to go to the cheli he is not ready one day 10 am one day 11 am one day 12 pm. never to come back;
