Very disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons on 863 Upper Wentworth. I am a bus operator and often stop here during my night shifts. A few nights ago, I placed a mobile order for a large cappuccino and Fruit Crunchers. When I arrived, I was told the machine was broken and that I could come back another day to get the Fruit Crunchers since I had already paid for them. Very bad costumer service the girl at takeout window took almost 10 minutes for just a wrap and a coffee and her tone was also rude .
How do you run out of sweetener? You are a coffee shop?
This Tim Hortons location consistently has the slowest service I have ever experienced. The delays are frequent and far beyond what would be considered reasonable. I don’t understand how this issue has gone unnoticed for so long. I would appreciate it if customer service could investigate this location, monitor its operations, and take the necessary steps to improve service quality.
