Awful tom borton. i did not Like how they did not put wnough cream chese on my nagel and i am really upset because i pay $1 for cream cheese. i am very disappointed and will NOT be returning!!! do NOT trust this tims.
I had an issue today while going through drive thru. (7:15am)I had asked for a loaded box with shredded cheese on it. The man on the speaker did not know how to add it so he got the manager involved. She came on and said the system was not allowing it and that I could not get cheese on it. I have had this meal multiple times at this store and other stores. I was a manager for several years at a nearby tim Hortons and would have gladly just given the cheese to the customer, and kept them happy instead of arguing over the spea... read more
