If you don’t have something don’t just give another type of donut, give a refund or give some timbits in that same flavour of donut 😭
By far the SLOWEST service on campus. If you’re running late for class and see the line isn’t very big, don’t take the risk. What should take 10-15 mins tops takes on average 25-30 minutes to get through any sized line. Service is generally nice, but there’s a couple sour lemons here for sure.
Unreliable and Disrespectful This Tim Hortons at Mohawk College is the worst. We order online and show up just to be told, “We don’t have that” — even though it was available on the app. They don’t even try to fix it or offer a proper refund. Sometimes they just keep the money and act like it’s our fault. Staff are rude, unprofessional, and don’t care. No apologies, no effort. We’re students, not free money. This place seriously needs better management and respect for customers.
