We had a wonderful experience thanks to Catherina! After we mentioned that our coffees were cold, she immediately replaced them with fresh, hot ones without any hesitation. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. Her excellent customer service and positive attitude really stood out and made us feel valued as customers. Catherina is truly one of the best staff members we’ve ever encountered. Thank you for going above and beyond to make our experience so enjoyable. Highly recommended!
I am a regular here and I like going to this location because Shella an her staff are friendly. Also, the food is always fresh. Highly recommend!
This Tim Hortons is okay overall, but the entrance/vestibule always has a really bad smell. It is extremely pungent and honestly appetite-killing as soon as you walk in. The food and service may be fine, but the smell at the entrance really ruins the experience and needs to be addressed by management.
