Basically staff do not know how to handle customer. Coffee is cold not fresh
This is the only Tim Hortons in Hamilton that will make you repeat your order 45 times as if you’re speaking a foreign alien language. I remember this location being a good one when I was in high school. Maybe it’s time for better staff and better hiring process, because this is unacceptable! This genuinely is upsetting, it’s not the first or second time but consistently issues with staff via attitude, or just straight up not giving me items I have paid for.
Hands down worst Tim Hortons. I've been going there for a year because it's close to home and they have messed up every single order every time I go. I wish we could give zero stars.
This location has 0 washrooms available for public use. Looks like they renovated to completely exclude them.. likely due to ongoing drug issue in the immediate area?
