I've had two separate disappointing experiences at this Tim Hortons. On one visit, I was served tea that was cold, and on another, I received coffee that was also cold. I understand that mistakes can happen, but when it happens more than once, it makes me wonder why hot drinks are being served without checking their temperature. I hope the team pays more attention to quality control so customers receive the fresh, hot beverages they expect.

This was the worst Tim's I've been to, no seating, it was all closed off and they never allow customers to dine in, no washroom, customers are never allowed to use the washrooms.
No washroom, dining room was closed and serving was extremely slow. That place should be drive in only at this time
