I ordered a coffee and an egg & cheese croissant at the drive-thru, and the experience was honestly disappointing. The customer service was very rude — I was rushed while ordering and treated with zero respect. There was no courtesy or professionalism at all. I expect basic manners when I’m paying for food, but this location clearly doesn’t care about customer experience. Definitely not coming back to this Tim Hortons.
Always messing up orders. Tonight we got the chicken bowel first and the last time. My husband asked if it was spicy and was told that it wasn't very only a little. There were so many jalapeno peppers I couldn't eat it. Nearly burnt the mouth off me. Only drinks from there from nois on. Even those get mixed up over there.. Unfortunately they are the closest one to us.
