Sebastian is highly unprofessional and after today’s experience clearly incabable of working under pressure. Provide more training before he gets himself into a situation with someone not as kind as I am.

Very unhygienic. There were lots of flies inside the store, especially near the counter and seating area. It was uncomfortable and disappointing to see this at a food place.
