I go to this Tim Hortons almost every day, and I need to make a complaint about one particular employee. He is a man who is usually wearing a red shirt and often works the drive-thru window. Every time he is at the window, there seems to be a problem, and his attitude is consistently rude for no reason. This place is not clean. The lady (black hair)working at the cashier lacks basic customer service skills and was not polite or helpful. They also need to improve their hygiene standards. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
