I'm gonna make this short and sweet. I am not a fan of Tim Hortons in the last decade. This was probably the fastest and most properly made breakfast sandwiches unflawed. The service was great and actually served with a smile. Not a huge rush but before 8 am. Thanks to the staff who made my morning. I felt this needed review as many Tim Hortons are awful. This one got it right and the staff was actually friendly. 5 stars.
My favorite little timmies to duck into on my way through downtown. The staff is always quick and lovely!
While the store is almost always busy, the ladies do their very best to provide great customer service. They're polite, try to make sure everyone has a good experience, and if there is an issue they do their best to rectify it. Absolutely lovely team, will definitely be returning to this Tims location!
I have been visiting this Tim Hortons several times and have noticed a positive difference since the new management took over. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly and organized, and the service has improved significantly. Orders are prepared quickly and accurately, and the overall atmosphere feels more welcoming.
