The petite employee with blonde hair and glasses is the most abrasive person I’ve ever seen in customer service. My last visit her coworkers looked on edge because of her, she made my coffee wrong and even went as far as to roll her eyes. It’s not my problem she never amounted to anything and it’s definately not my problem she hates her job and chooses to work at tim Hortons. I hope management sees this and replaces her because I won’t be going back
The staff member working here doesn’t know how to make anything.
Came in yesterday afternoon 1 girl working the front while 1 person put up balloons and had 2 people watching her (doing nothing basically) people were getting fed up waiting kept walking out because line wasn't moving, didn't get what I came for because there was no one there to make it apparently. 1 star for the girl working the front she was nice
I'm gonna make this short and sweet. I am not a fan of Tim Hortons in the last decade. This was probably the fastest and most properly made breakfast sandwiches unflawed. The service was great and actually served with a smile. Not a huge rush but before 8 am. Thanks to the staff who made my morning. I felt this needed review as many Tim Hortons are awful. This one got it right and the staff was actually friendly. 5 stars.
