The workers here are straight disrespectful, been going there for 6 years straight and it just keeps getting worse overtime. Absolutely no customer service skills. Management should really do something about this their staff should not be treating VALUED CUSTOMERS like this unbelievable 🤣
I would give this location no stars if possible. Dirty, slow, inaccurate,rude. They can't even cut a bagel in half 🤣🤣🤣 I don't need head office to reply either, we know you just call the location and have a laugh. This operation is beyond ridiculous!
Please please PLEASE for the love of caffeine put a limit on how many ppl are in the store at one time. I get that lunch hour is busy, which makes this all the more important and I hope management actually reads this. Just spent 10 minutes waiting in line outside with 7 other people, one of which was an elderly lady with a walker while roughly 12 students were inside; most of them had no orders they were just there waiting for their friends to get theirs.
