They stop cutting bagels in half to save 5 seconds in the drive thru..... yet I wait in the drive thru 10mins for them to cook pizzas for customers.... logic out the window. Simply don't accept pizza orders via drive thru. What a joke
Stopped by to grab a coffee & bagel, I only go here because geologically it’s the only one in proximity to my work. What a circus. Now I don’t expect Starbucks quality or service but it is truly sad how staff can’t get a simple black coffee with nothing in it right. My bagel was burnt. They have two drive-thru lanes but only ever use one causing wait times to be longer. During peak times, they should have both open! Also grumpy and rude staff, especially the manager Angel, who looks like she hates her job and her life! She should try to learn some customer service skills. Fake smile if you have to and less ignorance! Maybe your staff would follow in a positive direction! LEAD BY EXAMPLE! If you don't like your job, find somewhere else to work.
