Nasty woman at the drive thru window. Through debit machine down when I added a muffin to my order. At the speaker got huffed at for ordering a frozen Lemonade. Slamming things, rolling eyes and huffing....nasty!!
I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. On a previous visit, I received a sandwich with visibly rotten lettuce. When I brought it back, I was met with attitude instead of accountability. More recently, I was served by Doreen and experienced the same behavior—no greeting, just a rude, dismissive tone. Over the past several months I have been taking images and video of the food I received from every order at this location. I have strong evidence to suggest staff are making efforts to serve me poorly made/assembled food and in a sense creating a toxic/unfriendly experience when simply trying order a meal. I have had other people go to this location on the same day as me with the same order and there order comes out looking completely different and well made.
