I visited this Tim Hortons around 1:49 PM and attempted to redeem a valid survey coupon for a $1 large iced coffee, which I have successfully used many times before at this same location. The employee named Vishwa bluntly told me the code was invalid, even after I clearly showed her the screenshot. She then claimed the code was “not in the correct order,” which is completely illogical and contradicts how this promotion works.
