Night shift isn’t it.. can you at least teach your workers basic English
Had a drive thru order, got home and there was egg on the simply sausage no biggie. I called to let them know, and then went to exchange for right item I let the cashier know and she got the female Mgr who yelled across room that she watched the camera and there was no egg put on it, repeated it, then ignored me. The cashier had to get her to say I brought the item back I didn’t appreciate being called a liar, she said she wasn’t calling me a liar and still said there was no egg. I live close by, so I might sound biased but they're the best Tim Hortons hands down. Friendly, consistent, clean. Gave the food a 3 because.. well its Tim Hortons lol the food in general isnt that great. But awesome staff, and great manager!
