The staff at this location are not fully trained ....even if you Google, it will tell you that if a cup size of roll-up is not available and it's still available in another size you can ask for it. this pocation says no so please train your staff properly on how to deal with rollup and customers cuz I missed out and you owe me!!! Ridiculous I've been rolling up longer than some of your employees have been alive the rules haven't changed.
