Pathetic experience Had to wait 10-15 mins just for a wrap
My go to Tim's always quick service. Karen and her team on days is the best always quick friendly service.
Ordered crispy chicken sandwich- instead of crispy chicken i received crispy burned bun. That is also after standing 10 minutes extra for sandwich. Not recommended- i would prefer drive far for my coffee. Staff is not friendly- if you ask something to add on windows ( i asked for muffin last week) they straight say no they don’t have that things.
Love the staff!! They are so polite and helpful. My coffees are always amazing and after coming here for months they know my order remember my face and know my name!! Most amazing Tim’s I have ever gone to!! Donna is amazing! Keep up the great work. Your teams are amazing
