Poorly managed. Always ignoring the front counter until a line is nearly out the door, making in-store customers wait nearly 10+ minutes to be acknowledged. Constantly running out of breakfast items and not baking the others in a reasonable time; if you know you are getting g down to only a few eggs left, then make more? Don’t wait until they’re gone and have half of the customers leave the store. Nobody knows what they are doing here. Avoid at all costs.
I came today for my morning cofee and sandwich and drive thru lines were busy and even lineup was crazy at front so baker from back came to help . I asked her name she replied Nav , she was very amazing and polite.
