This place is honestly disgusting. I live in the neighbourhood and have given this Tims a few chances, each time is more and more disappointing. In the last month alone, I’ve found HAIR in my sandwiches on several occasions and had to throw it out along with flies swarming around donuts. Are staff not required to wear hairnets ever? I also constantly see them touching their face/hair while wearing food handling gloves. Ontop of that, the ice Capp machine breaks down daily. After waiting in line for 10+ minutes I was told machine is broken. No signs anywhere. No apologies
People working there are amazing… Always try to do there best serving us .. But still some people think they are machines like in this hot weather shoutout to them… keep giving your best guys don’t worry about stupid people yelling or reviewing
It’s was busy but still they were fast with there service it’s a good experience
