Staff are very slow on serving, line up and no smiles at all. Short staff all the time. You should hire extra people. You're location and store is very busy all the time. Have a heart to add staff not over working them. We as Customers trying to understand but it is not the way it should be. We feel prostration. I am not happy not to see staffs tired, very busy they get so slow. Bad. This is bad. Hire someone
No lettuce No ice No chilli for a slow Friday You do need a new manager.
I have nothing but positive things to say about the service at this location. Staff is always smiling, and always remember my beverage order which feels so welcoming, and they have fresh quality beverage. All the ladies here and the gentleman provide top class service. keep it up guys and see you on Monday :)
Robin was so good to help me at Tim's she is very good customer service all the teams there.
