Only location in Calgary where they intentionally rip you off. Ongoing problem I’ve complained to Tim Hortons directly about it and spoke with the owner and it’s an ongoing issue. Absolutely horrible. Your supposed to receive a discount for using our refillable cup, and this location for some reason, always disables this option for steeped tea. Soooooo, hours of operation state 4am but don't even waist your time going here when they are supposed to be open. If there is a homeless person outside forget about it! They will not open the door to serve you when they are supposed to. The tim Hortons on 7th and 8th downtown is right in The core of homelessness and they open when they are supposed to regardless of who's outside. Had a disappointing experience at the drive-through today. The staff member taking my order seemed very rushed and rude (filipina) and wasn't friendly or welcoming. I understand it can get busy, but a smile and basic courtesy go a long way. Hoping for better service next time.
