On Apr. 2, 2026 at 5 AM, I was driving in a snow fall and decided to stop at this location to grab a few coffees and observed a homeless individual asking for a bite to eat. Upon agreeing to grab this individual a bite to eat and deliver it to where he was standing. The owner of this location ran over to where we were stand and demanded that I give this individual his food outside, as this individual was welcome in his establishment. I had a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. I was denied access to the washroom while other customers were allowed to use it, which felt unfair and discriminatory. I believe policies should be applied equally to everyone. I hope management reviews this situation and ensures respectful and fair treatment for all customers.
