I waited for 15 minutes in line to get just a cup of coffee to go with my small puppy in my hands. However, they refused to serve me right before my turn. The manager was impolite and didn’t even try to help me feel better about it. This was absolutely disrespectful and I won’t be recommending this place. I understand all the regulations, but human beings should always come first.
Honestly the slowest service of any Tim Hortons I've been to. Staff loitering, chatting.
