Always smell horrible. The dirtiest Tim Hortons ever. Washrooms are disgusting. Go another one.
I had a very disappointing experience with your customer service. I ordered a crispy chicken wrap, but it was served cold. I returned it and tried to inform the staff, but no one responded. Only after repeating myself three times did they finally replace it. Instead of offering an apology for the inconvenience, one of the staff members accused me of yelling.when in fact, I had remained calm and respectful throughout. The lady on the phone (nearly At 1am EST on a weekday!!) was very kind, respectful, and professional. I am proud of the professionalism that was shown. I shall be ordering a small cofeee from Tim hortons soon and I hope it is this location! Albeit late!
