There was a girl wearing round glasses. We placed a mobile order and we were waiting for our order at the counter. We heard her abusing us as we placed the mobile order. This is very disrespectful. Friday April 5th Time - 11:55 AM
Serving customers should be your first priority and customer service was very poor and the service was very slow. Not to mention the fact that this location "doesn't accept cash, only debit or credit." That's ludacris considering I can go to Robin's Donuts and pay cash. Cash is a form of currency and should be accepted at all locations.
Waste of time...if you are in a rush...Never...I repeat never go there....they move so slow....like they are in a park....and keep chatting with each other even if there is a huge line up....just dont waste your time here...you will get your coffee faster if you order on uber eats
Staff does not coordinate with each other. They were chit chatting. Person at the front took my order but did not punch in correctly. What I specially told her, she did not bother herself entering it in the system and just told the deli station guy to do. It is not guy's fault how would he knew that I told her not do something. And the person also forgot to make my coffee. I was waiting and she made coffees for people after me though.
