This has to be the Tim hortons with the nicest customer service I’ve ever seen. You can tell that the staff know their regular customers and remember their orders. You don’t see this anymore

Very very very slow service.
I ordered an ice cap before two other customers, but they received theirs first. The workers seemed more familiar with them, which made me wonder if that affected the order.
