Visited Tim Hortons this evening and received a badly burned wrap. When I went back politely to ask about it, I was told it was “the machine issue.” I even showed another wrap for comparison that looked completely normal. Instead of taking accountability or trying to fix the situation properly, the staff refused to remake it because they were closing soon and only gave a refund. Date 10 may 2026 6pm there is 2gril working but very slow and they talk with each other they dont care pepole is waiting in line up . i hope they can give service good in future .soorry for the owner. Very bad customer service
I’ve given this location a couple of chances and the coffee is always Very watered down.
