Always out of most things, wait time is very long regardless of drive thru or in person. Probably the worst location in ottawa
I get ice coffees here sometimes and it's always 3/4 ice and barely any ice coffee.

I’ve been to the Tim Hortons at 2951 Bank Street twice, and both times, it was absolutely filthy. I politely mentioned this to the staff, but instead of addressing the issue, they sarcastically laughed. One of the female staff members even responded dismissively, saying, “What do you know about cleanliness?” If the customer area is this dirty, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.
