Probably the best customer service from any Tim Hortons in Ottawa. The manager is very polite and welcoming
They are always out of icecapps or the machine is not working. Staff is great but 3/5 times, I’m forced to take a detour to another Timmie’s.
I went in to get a little snack, it's my first time in Canada as a whole and I've heard that Tim Hortons is a must while in the country! I got a brownie and a frozen lemonade and it was DELICIOUS!!! The server (Avalon) was so sweet and attentive, my order came out swiftly and perfectly!!! ❤️
I received amazing service by Brenda, will comeback again during break.
