It’s is a nice place. Staff is friendly and service is usually fast. Coffee is fresh and tastes good. Sometimes the wait can be a bit long, but overall it’s a good stop. Clean seating area and tasty food. I visit often and enjoy it every time.
This branch ALWAYS get my orders wrong. And staff ZERO customer service
Worst branch in Ottawa , this is the third time i order there and they give me wrong order!!
The seats are dirty and the washroom had no toilet paper.
