I got crazy sick with food poisoning after eating here and the tables were dirty and they didn’t cut my bagel.
I went through the drive-thru to order a coffee. They took my order, but when I arrived at the window, they told me the machine wasn’t working. It was frustrating to wait in line just to find out I couldn’t get what I ordered. They should inform customers right away if there’s a problem with the machine.
