I wasn’t planning to leave a negative review, but after seeing others share similar experiences, I felt it was important to speak up. Unfortunately, there’s a staff member at this branch—someone named Sham(tagged)—who treats customers with a rude and dismissive attitude. Good place to grab coffee when playing at Sensplex.
Worst Tim Hortons ever, staff with no manners, 8.25 pm told me no food anymore, talking like I'm asking her for free.. Manager need to do some better management..
