Worst customer service ever !! At least three times they have given me coffee when ordered steeped tea. This morning their scan to pay functionality was not working and the representative started blaming it on me despite me showing my phone which indicated the scan to pay feature as active and pay with rewards function as inactive. The supervisor came over and started saying I have to call customer service because of their computer server issue! The portion of their bowl is so disappointing..it doesn’t have everything, in this case no beans and it was not even mentioned by the worker.
Was here with my family and a homeless person walked in and asked for a cup of water. The person at the cash asked for $0.20. Like what? For water? Absolutely disgusting.
