Some of the most incompetent staff I've ever met. I ordered two breakfast combos in the drive thru and paid. They then asked if I could park out front and they would bring my order to me soon. I sat and waited over 20 mins, watching car after car come and go through the drive thru. I saw people park and go in and come out with their orders and yet no one had brought me mine. PLEASE GIVE US TIME TO finish our ORDER. no costumer service. As I started ordering, the lady started cutting me off. “Ok drive , ok drive” . Tim Hortons is my favourite coffee and I visit at least 2times everyday but this lady was nightmare yesterday. The young guy at window was amazing . Do it better.
I went yesterday and they were so friendly and coffee was fresh
