Bonkers to be told at 7pm that even though they have bagels they have stopped serving food!??? Tim Hortons has high brand loyalty and to be told that the Manager tells them to just tell customers that the toaster is off and they can't turn it on is preposterous and insulting to your brand. Went to McDonalds instead. Lady at the drivethrough window could not have been more disrespectful. If you hate your job choose to work somewhere else please.
I want to give a huge thank you to the staff at this Tim Hortons. Especially Sepehr, for their amazing help during a very stressful situation. My car was hit by another driver at a 4-way stop nearby, and Sepehr took the time to check their security cameras to see if anything was captured. 2nd time I have been kept waiting off to the side for more than 10mins after going through the drive-thru. Watched other patrons being served meals at drive-thru while I waited. Again, I had to get out the car and go to the window. One staff member was very helpful. Kept telling me cars after me with food ordered their food before me. Took 53 mins to do a simple order.
