You guys are always so good with costumer services and the food and drinks are always amazing
I am writing to report unacceptable service at your [Insert Location] branch today. I ordered at the drive-thru and was told to wait in the parking lot. After waiting 20 minutes, nobody ever brought my order out. I had to drive back through the drive-thru just to get my food. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Parking customers and completely forgetting about them is terrible service. I expect a prompt response and a resolution regarding this ongoing issue.
