The food is always so good
Went in yesterday morning to purchase a gift card. I was waiting at the cash for more than 10 minutes when I finally decided to politely ask if someone was intending to serve the people in line since all of the staff seemed to be deliberately avoiding eye contact with the customers in line with me. Finally, someone did come to the cash. I understand that the drive-thru is busy but neglecting in-store customers is truly bad business.
