Used to love coming to this Tim's. It's inside an esso so you don't expect top notch service but lately the regular woman that worked here seems gone and her replacement is completely in over her head unfortunately. Food takes far too long leading to a frustratingly long line of angry morning folks. Won't be returning for a while.
Gail was dedicated to making sure our meal and drinks were perfect! She provides amazing great customer service and is a dedicated worker! Give her a raise!!!
