Great staff and great service.
Clean but awfully slow service and coffee was not on point for dark roast
Went through drive thru. Asked for 2 plain timbits for my dog. Was told they were out of plain timbits but had plain donuts. Asked for that instead then, and then the worker asked if we meant honey dip, or birthday cake, and we had to say plain 3x before the worker got our request right. Also had to clarify size of the drink we requested twice before the worker understood the request we were making. If I could rate zero stars for service I would, it's a shame because 10 years ago Tim Hortons didn't have these issues. I haven... read more
