Fast and friendly service.
While the new look is great , it is incredibly inefficient and frustrating to pick up an order. Having counter, online and kiosk orders collected at one spot makes no sense. Just a huge crowd of people waiting in one spot.
Prospect street Fredericton: ever since the renovations, service has been terrible. It's not the staff fault, it's the way it is set up. Every order from walk ins, delivery & kiosk and in the same 6x6 space. There is little room to stand to wait foe your order without being in someone's way. Suggestion: have one line foe drinks only - that would alleviate some of the crowding. I have little hope that things will change even after this review. I have limited my time at this Tim's to once a week as opposed to 5.
