The staff were extremely unprofessional and I left very disappointed. *Issue 1: Wrong Drink and Charged Twice* I placed a large order myself on the self-serve kiosk. One of the drinks in the picture did NOT show whipped cream. There was also no option to choose "lemon base" or "sprinkle water". When I received the order, the drink had whipped cream and sprinkles inside. My daughter told the employee and he said "it's just sprinkle water". The cashier was really rude. I asked for customisation i did like hundred times at other locations. She was like- have you ever did that in this location, I can’t do it. Never wanna visit again. Customer service was beyond terrible.
