Got a double stacked breakfast sandwich and it had mold on it. I returned it and they gave me a new one. Don’t know why these English muffins were still in stock.
I visited Tim Hortons today and had a disappointing customer service experience. The staff member who took our order (I believe her name was Ariel, and she was wearing glasses) did not greet us with a smile or make eye contact while taking the order. Additionally, after preparing the order, there was no effort made to notify us that it was ready, which caused unnecessary confusion and waiting. Good customer service makes a big difference, and I hope more attention is given to basic courtesy and communication in the future.
Some staff are better than others but most are very unfriendly and don’t provide good or even acceptable customer service. Be prepared to be greeted with a frown and possibly not even be spoken too. They are extremely high staffed yet simple orders take extreme amounts of time yet your food will be sloppy and substandard. I recommend going to The Shack in the same building and not providing this company with your money.
