I got it, it can get busy in such a places especially on a weekday, but it was empty and old gentleman was waiting to place his order for 10 min. I had a feeling he was just ignored as all employees had passed by him at lest 2-3 times each 🫠 I was not advised upon ordering that they do not have some ingredients in stock and my order was modified couple of times. And again, empty dining area, 4 people behind the counter and I wanted 10+ minutes.
