We NEVER get what we order
Pulled in and figured that since the drive thru was backed up that it would be faster to go in. We were wrong. 8 or more folks waiting to either have their order taken or get their mobile orders. Only one person on counter, one on drive thru and one making food. Lots of people walked out before getting their order taken at all, several people leave with only part of their order (surprisingly they got their hot food and were waiting for their coffees).
