Disappointing experience. I asked for an extra cup to pour milk for my 2 year old, and the attendant repeatedly refused, despite having ordered multiple items including the milk and requesting I be charged for the extra cup. The interaction was unnecessarily difficult, and the attitude came across as rude and dismissive, with an insensitive smirk and little effort to be helpful. They wanted to change me extra for a free ice capp. disorganized.
I went to the Timmie’s in the food court of sherway gardens around 10am. I asked to buy a carton of 2% milk for my child. She’s 2, and it’s important she drinks her milk and gets calcium. Especially if she’s eating breakfast. The manager of this location Rafael, told me they don’t have any cartons of milk on hand to sell. They had to order some.
