This place is a health hazard infested with fruit flies and bugs of sorts. Every time I go to the casino I stop by to see if the issue has been resolved but it seems they bypass the Health Inspector somehow. When I spotted the mass amount of fruit flies the manager refused to stop selling these contaminated goods. AVOID THIS LOCATION
Took 20 minutes to order and then ANOTHER 20 minutes for 2 small ice capps. They had no ice coffee or any chai. There was black stuff in the coffee and it was overly sweet. The employees were NOT wearing hair nets correctly and the work place had spilled coffee everywhere. Do not recommend.
Coming from the US I've always heard positive things about Tim Horton. After our experience with the staff and the service I will not be back. The staff was very rude and inefficient. Our order was late and when we finally did receive it it was incomplete . Honestly I received better service from other coffee houses. I will not return to this location
DON’T ORDER HERE! I Ordered two steak& cheddar artisan sandwiches, but gave me the wrong one. I went back to the counter, didn’t get any solution. They just saying the cashier went to break and they didn’t even try to fix this problem. All they showed was poor customer service and communication, they wanted to push the responsibility to other people.
