The whole afternoon team was really nice. A boy named Jack helped me in choosing my donuts. He was really helpful and kind.

I’m really disappointed with my recent order at Tim Hortons around 7:15 am. I ordered a white hot chocolate and received a regular hot chocolate instead. This is actually the second time this exact mistake has happened. It’s frustrating to pay for something specific and not get what you ordered — especially when it’s a repeat issue.
