Wrong order gave to me. Service was very slow. I have to asked multiple times to get my order. I always get late for class or go back home. It is hard to say again and again to get one correct coffee on time. I wish if Tim would immediately improve this. I know the staff is doing well maybe adding more staff at this location can helpful or make two different groups one for coffee only quickly and second group for baking.

I’ve ordered multiple times (3–4 in a row), and the food and drinks are consistently incorrect. It seems like the staff may not be properly trained, as the orders are never prepared as they should be
