I recently placed a large order to be picked up at 7:30am the following morning. When I went to pick up, the order was ready to go. Suham and the team did a great job making sure I had everything I needed - all with a big smile. Great service!
Unsanitary, frequently get my order wrong and once had to wait about 20 minutes for a single drink. I’m just happy they haven’t confused the oat milk with almond milk (yet) as I have a severe tree nut allergy. Overall a very disappointing Tim’s location.
I ordered 6 tarts and 6 donuts. Mobile order and still waited for 10 mins. They gave me the tarts in single bags, told them to please keep all 6 in a box and give me. Took almost 5 mins to get all of that in a box and my 6 donuts. Go to office and open the box, it has 5 tarts, not 6. I don’t know what happened to the 6th one. She did give me 7 donuts and told me there was extra due to the unnecessary wait but now I feel scammed - they gave me an extra donut in place of the tart.
