Hi, we visited at Tim Hortons around 3.30 pm and we ordered an three iced latte with protein milk and said also to add sugar syrup inside but they didn’t add the syrup and gave us regular milk instead of protein milk. We waited almost 10to 15 minutes and reminded to them we ordered an iced latte they gave all order to customers who ordered after us. Very disappointed service, not even say sorry ..
Incredibly rude staff that is also very slow in the morning and constantly messes up orders
The staff of this location is so incompetent. They have no basic English skills. Had to repeat numerous times that I had a gift card before she finally understood.
