Visited this location twice recently and left disappointed both times. First visit (drive-thru): Ordered a Mocha Iced Capp and received it with barely any chocolate syrup. Was told they were out of stock — but no offer to substitute or refund. Second visit (in-store): Ordered an Oreo Double Stuff Iced Capp. I watched two employees ask each other to grab Oreos from the back — nobody did. I had a really great experience here! The service was excellent — everything was well-managed and smooth. The manager was very professional and polite, and the staff was extremely friendly and cooperative. I especially loved their maple donut — it was absolutely delicious and fresh! Also had breakfast here and honestly, it was so good and satisfying!♥️

If I could give zero stars for the customer service, I would. I had a Tim Hortons supervisor yelled at me for ruining their timing in the drive thru. I don’t care one bit about your timing, I’m a customer. Your timing is your responsibility and providing good Customer service is also your responsibility. Never ever do you yell at a customer for something that has nothing to do with them. The audacity to raise your voice at a customer first is beyond me.
