They forget that they’re taking an order from a person standing right in front of them at the POS. They kept looking toward the back as if something was missing, and after about 20 minutes, the one in glasses even confirmed the order again before finally making the steeped tea. Horrible service and the worst Tim Hortons I have ever visited.
