I just had a great service from there. I thought I ordered iced latte but actually I said chai latte (maybe I was so tired lol). The lady who received my order even double checked my order and I said that’s correct. After I got my drink I complained i got chai latte. She didn’t fight me back. She offered what I want and made it so fast. I forgot to ask her name but I really appreciate her sweet and kind heart.
I stopped by this Tim Hortons around 9:30 AM this morning, and the service was really poor. There were only three people ahead of me in line, but the employee, Ritu, seemed to be rushing everyone. She seemed stressed and wasn't listening properly when I placed my order. As a result, my order was wrong, It felt like she just wanted to get through the line as quickly as possible without any regard for customer satisfaction. I recently visited this Tim Hortons and was really disappointed with the service. The employee, Ritu, was incredibly rude and seemed annoyed to be helping customers. My order was made incorrectly, and when I politely asked for it to be fixed, Ritu rolled her eyes and acted like it was a huge inconvenience. The overall experience was unpleasant, and it's unlikely I'll return to this location anytime soon. Hopefully, management can address this issue to improve customer service.
