It was my first time visiting this location and was pleasently surprised! I hate going to Tims Hortons - its never a good trip and I always leave regretting it. I only went here to grab a box of donuts for staff at the local daycare. It was clean, and smelt fresh, display cares was very boutique style, no flies, no stuck on gunk anywhere, I even examined the floors- CLEAN behind the cash and in the customer section. If i can give it a negative score then I would. The place looks renovated and has somewhat of a nice feel until you get to the bathrooms. It looks like they dont care ay all about how sanitation of the bathrooms. Absolutely disgusting. There appears to be no schedule on cleaning periodically. There isn't anything more disgusting than going into a restaurant that has bathrooms kn this condition. If this is how they housekeeping then one can only imagine what the back of the kitchen looks like.

Newly renovated yet washrooms are absolutely dirty and service, took 20 minutes to figure out they don’t have regular home style biscuit , do better
